I came here in March and I have to say this is a nice looking clinic! Came here for neurology because I got referred after suffering with migraines that lasted for days on end!! I was kinda scared to go here after the reviews on here but receptionist is pretty chill with me thankfully! The nurse who brought me to the room had a small little talk which was funny because it was a good convo so it made me feel safe! Great clinic coming back in September! The place is clean & bright, even with ongoing renovations. Easy access & great staff. I was able to get a rather quick appointment (comparatively speaking - 4 mths from family referral intake - others were double that time). Anyhow. Great service, Dr. Nita & nurse Lisa were kind, friendly and immediately put me at ease during my minor on-site surgical procedure. The great combination of medical expertise with a very human touch was very unexpected & greatly appreciated. Well done Vital medical Center, well done.

TERRIBLE clinic, I booked a dermatology appointment after suffering with bad acne. Dr. Huynh Le prescribed me a retinol which worked for 2 months then made my acne come back worse than ever before. I had a follow up appointment booked for July (6 months after my initial appointment) I received no email, no phone call reminder of my upcoming appointment.
