Sadie B leaves me feeling INCREDIBLE. I've had a lot of massages and a lot of injuries in my life, and she exceeds all expectations. Knows exactly where my body needs work and leaves me feeling renewed and relaxed when I leave. Truly amazing!
Been coming to Vital for almost 2 years and every therapist I’ve worked with has been amazing and accommodating. Just went through pregnancy and was able to get massages throughout and now I’m working through postpartum. I’m always asked what’s bothering me so they can focus and they always ask if I have questions and suggest what might be best for the next session with what they find. Stop in and try it out - you won’t regret it (get a hot towel or aromatherapy add on too!)
Vital massage is wonderful! Elisabeth is fantastic and the whole experience is very relaxing. Helps my sore muscles wonderfully
