I made several attempts to contact this company about their service with no response. When I finally reached someone, the gentleman was rude and condescending. There is no way I would entrust a loved one’s care to this type of company.
Enrolled my father in 2016, and cannot say enough about this wonderful business. Professional and personable. Responsive and addressed all our questions. The option for my father to perform tests…and to hear a real person in response was so reassuring. On the occasions when he used the alert, emergency services was summoned and I was notified.
