Sarah's great! She listens and cares about her patients! If your a male with pelvic pain I totally recommend Sarah!
Sarah has been incredibly helpful with increasing range of motion and managing pain without medication after an injury and continues to help me with overall mobility and wellness.
My massage therapist recommended Sarah to me several years ago. She was always very professional and knowledgeable and taught me exercises that helped improve my quality of life. A few years later I joined her restorative yoga classes and they have definitely kept me moving and active. I’ve been blessed by Sarah and the services she offers.
I went to Sarah for pre-natal pelvic floor physical therapy and for birth prep...I am SO glad that I did. I learned so much! I feel 10x more confident about my natural birth because of the breathing practices she taught me, plus all the other additional knowledge I gained on how to listen/react to what my body needs. I am also way more aware of my pelvic floor health –what to do and what NOT to do. Truly cannot recommend her enough!!
