We started using Vital Interaction after a not so great experience with a previous system. The support team is always so helpful! They get back to you quickly, and efficiently! We have yet to use it at it's full capacity but are hopeful for the projects to come. Will continue to collaborate. Thank you Joey & vital interaction team!
We are about a month into using VI as I write this review. It's been great so far and we didn't give them the easiest situation to work with. Meredith, Joey and Chris have delivered excellent service and are great communicators. I would highly recommend their services.
I'm giving one star because I can't give none. Worst patient communicator EVER - not sure were all these good reviews came from. I was sold on things that they can't even do. They made a mess of our two practices - links expiring, wrong forms going out and I gave them a chance (many actually) to fix everything but we just kept finding more and more things wrong. Totally second think before you sign - YOU WILL REGRET IT!
