My fiancé and I just used vital home inspections to check out our new condo and Lee is great! He explains everything in detail and tells you what he’s looking for/at. There were no surprises or any confusion on the report when we got it because he was so Thorough! Overall really great experience especially being first time buyers! Would recommend this company to anyone I know looking to get an inspection.
He was very thorough in what he did and was great at pointing out things that may seem little but could impact you on maintenance costs.
