Grateful for Vital Heating and Cooling for helping us out in the middle of last summer's heat! We called them for a second opinion after we realized the first company we called was scamming us. The first company "fixed" our ac and they said there was a leak in the system and it was low on refrigerant and charged us $400. One month later the same issue happened. WAS PRETTY GOOD BUT HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY UNIT TRY REACHING THOMAS BRITTON FOR 4 MONTHS COULDNT REACH HIM SO I HAD ANOTHER SERVICER COME IN TO CHECK UNIT FOUND OUT THOMAS SEALED THE PANEL SO U CANT GET IN WENT TO HIS HOUSE WHICH HE STATES THAT HE DONT LIVE THERE FOUND OUT HE WENT OUT OF BUSINESS WITHOUT NOTIFYING ANY1 HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO COME BY AND LOOK AT IT FOUND OUT HE WORKS FOR GUY SMITH MY NEXT STEP GOING TO MY LAWYER
Thomas and Vital heating and cooling was great. I contracted Vital to replace my AC system Air handle and outdoor unit. Being a new startup company, there were a few minor set backs but Thomas worked them all out. He promised a one day install and he met the deadline. Thomas is very knowledgeable and I would recommend Vital to anyone needing HVAC system work
