Absolutely pleased with the service. My experience with NP Tejiri was amazing. She is polite, has a pleasant disposition, accommodating, and caring. She asked extensive questions to get a full picture of my medical history and current medical needs, to come up with a good wellness plan. She made me feel very comfortable and did not rush my time with her. The office and examination rooms are spotless and clean. They even offer bottled water. Will definitely be going back.
I am extremely grateful I found Vital Health Prosper. The facility is calming, clean, and welcoming, which immediately puts you at ease. TEJIRI the APRN is incredibly patient, kind, and truly responsive to my needs and challenges. She takes the time to fully understand my situation, something that feels rare in healthcare today. Tejiri - a primary nurse practitioner par excellence! She is WHY representation in health care matters. My consultation felt more like self-care, to be very honest. My current needs & more were addressed with care and apt attention. The gaps in my knowledge were filled with actual facts and I didn’t feel like I was being “talked at”. Henry at the front desk was phenomenal and very personable. I met with Dr. Tejiri and when I tell you she was phenomenal! She took her time with me and I didn’t feel rushed! She listed to my concerns and we are working on a plan to better my health! I drove all the way from Rowlett and I would willing do it again for the service I received today and for future appointments!!
Tejiri has a very pleasant and calm bedside manner. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. She made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in her care! The aesthetic of the clinic is amazing. Very clean and cozy feeling. It was an overall great experience!
