Before seeing Dr. Kristi, I began to go through peri menopause only I didn’t realize that’s what was happening. I noticed I was starting to gain weight and no matter how hard I tried it wouldn’t come off. I would do 3 days fasts, intermittent fasting and I still gained weight. I began working with Dr Tompkins in 2011, a few years after I gave birth to my twin boys at the age of 46! My hormones were completely out of balance. I did a full allergy panel with Dr. Kristi and found out I am mildly allergic to whey which made sooo much sense because I was always nauseous after drinking whey protein smoothies and shakes. Dr Kristi also really helped me tune into my menstrual cycles and my digestion. Her help has been very much appreciated and I’m so glad to now have the tools to help my body heal and feel it’s best.
