Update to my last review: The manager Ron contacted me and got in touch with the billing department. He was able to rectify the situation and clear things up. He mentioned that my feedback regarding payments and history would be looked into so that maybe things like this wouldn't happen in the future. When corporate is disconnected from the local office things like this can happen. I will say I still refer people that need therapy to this office because they are so good at what they do.
