can only give the highest recommendation for the work Vital Energy has done for me. My aquatic therapy is challenging but well monitored and very soothing. The most amazing benefit has come from Hima herself. I've had a low grade headache since 1996. Sometimes the headache explodes into a disabling monster. The best in lymphoma care I have ever witnessed
My daughter has been dealing with knee pain since August and was heading towards surgery. After only 2 sessions with Hima Dalal, my daughter has experienced tremendous improvement. Her pain has decreased and alignment improved. She might be magic!

I am undergoing therapy for rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. I see both the OT and PT teams and they are all fantastic! They are not only helping me to gain mobility but they educate me along the way and want to know my goals. I feel extremely blessed to have met them and have them on my side.
