I’m aware of the fact that it’s to-date one of the few negative reviews for Vital Energy, but I’m going to share my warning to others, as it could suggest that they may not be of the same quality as before. Please do your research and get everything in writing before hiring this company. Based on our experience, the company has only been under the current ownership for a few years, which was different from the impression we were given when we hired them. We are currently in a terrible situation and have incurred a significant amount of additional expense. What creative thinkers! We have an unusual situation and they stepped up and put on their thinking caps to design a solution that fit our high bar for sustainability and aesthetics. The team was super, efficient, polite, and answered our questions well. Plus the price was quite reasonable. Bravo Vital Energy!

Carrie, Dustin and Alexsis were my contacts for our panel replacement project. They offered me good pricing and were very responsive, friendly and extremely helpful addressing my questions/concerns. The installation crew were friendly and very efficient. Taylor was helpful with the disposition of the old panels. Dustin is helping with some follow-up investigation since the installation. I couldn't be more pleased with Vital Energy and highly recommend them.
