Vital Energy is the place to go for solar! These guys are polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. There never was any push or hard sell. We had a fantastic experience from the very beginning. Our initial introduction to the product, the process, the plans (to be sent), the price, was all done in person, was very professional, with no pressure (it should be called The P's). Vital energy just finished installing two Tesla Powerwall 2’s for me. I was very impressed with how smoothly and quickly the process and installation went. The salesperson Phillip was able to track down two batteries when nobody else could find them. The project manager Deirdre was great, and the installers did a truly top job on the install, their conduit skills surpassed anything else I’ve ever had done. The quality of service provided by every employee I worked with during the installation of each product I purchased was exceptional. The crews that installed my generator and solar system were fun to work with, responsive to my requests, and the quality of their work was outstanding. You will not be disappointed.
