They are VERY responsive and transparent. Honest and trustworthy service. Installation was wonderful and thoughtful, even added more support to be sure everything was as secure as it could be. I emailed for a small issue at 3 pm on a Friday and my issue was resolved by 440 pm the same day! And followed up with on Monday to make sure all was functioning. They do not over promise and deliver 100% on their end. Very friendly and service oriented. Highly recommend .
Very pleased with Dustin in Sales (all the way through the process) and the team of Chase, Steve, and two other gentlemen who did an excellent job on our installation. Got it done on time, explained how it works, and how to monitor and control it. No complaints, will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.
Extremely helpful and polite on the phone. We had a couple of minor issues that were dealt with very professionally. Dustin in sales is a great person to deal with.
I had several providers come and provide quotes in details regarding the installation of my backup generator. Vital Energy was by far the most professional and had the best price. The installation was flawless and everybody was extremely detail oriented and friendly. Recommend them highly.
