Excellent place to visit for advice and trained professional guidance from staff members. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for help with Pelvic issues, etc. They take a whole body approach and then isolate the key factors in relation to your Pelvic heath. It has certainly helped me tremendously and my journey continues.
Such a friendly and welcoming clinic. The Mumfit classes have been a safe way to start building strength and confidence after having a c section and being able to bring baby along makes it so easy too. Would recommend to any of my pregnant and post natal friends.
The whole team at VitalCore are caring and professional in dealing with my needs for a physiotherapy. Nothing was hard about my whole expeience from the wonderful ladies at reception to the fabulous physios in rehab and pilates. Thank you all.
