Jimmy knows how to earn his keep. He is an expert and efficient. Our light cream-colored carpets had seen some rough wear. Now the stain spots are gone and I feel comfortable with our baby crawling in our home. He was even helpful clearing away items and vacuuming where I hadn't gotten to while tending to baby... I used Zerorez (cost 900) on Saturday and due to some cat shenanigans the next day (Sunday) I needed mine cleaned again, but I couldn't call them back since they were closed. Luckily Jimmy was open on a Sunday and I was able to schedule an appointment for Today at 9. He got here a bit early which was great, walked me through his process and explained his Hydroxidation Tech which I found really neat. Vital clean is the best! I can’t recommend this carpet cleaner enough! They did an outstanding job from start to finish. Not only were our carpets left looking brand new, but they also used some of the cleanest, safest chemicals—no harsh smells at all. Cons: Jimmy wanted us to commit to the job price unseen. He told my husband he would quote us and work the same day. We thought this meant we could still decide once he quoted us, but we were informed that it was a verbal commitment to use their service regardless of the cost. We certainly weren't expecting a quote over the phone and I understand that meeting in person can cause a delay in his professional time, however, the service that we pay for is also the time we've given to our jobs.
