I am blown away by Jimmy and Vital Clean Home Services. His knowledge, expertise, ingenuity, and friendly service are next level! We had a vomit clean up emergency and I cannot believe my favorite rug looks, feels, and smells better than new. I don’t understand all the science of his methods, but I appreciate the results. Jimmy is a magical carpet cleanologist! And I am sincerely impressed with the care and uniquely crafted solutions Jimmy provides. Thank you Jimmy!!!!
Jimmy did a fantastic job on our carpets. We no longer have our dog and wanted to get as much hair out as we could and he did just that. Definitely exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail was superb and well worth the price. I would highly recommend him!
I cannot say enough good things about our experience Jimmy was wonderful. We had off white shag carpet that hadn't seen a professional deep clean in 20 years with high traffic stains. The service we received was absolute perfection. Not only did the carpets turn out excellent, but the technician was incredibly personable, friendly, and hard-working. If you need your floors brought back to life he is what you're looking for. It is less a cleaning, and more of a restoration. The pictures speak for themselves!
Edit: this was 5+ star service. After our sofa, initially dried, there were spots that were tinged brown. I quickly contacted Jimmy and he confidently assured me that he knew just what the problem was. It ended up being a common issue in some sofas and he came back the next day, spending a good bit of his Saturday with us making sure that the sofa was restored to like new condition.
