I have come to this Urgent Care many times and always have a very pleasant experience but today tops them all. Paul (my P.A.), and the sweet woman at the front, Ashley, were awesome but Nayeli was an absolute rockstar! I had to get a steroid shot and I always feel the pinch but she got it done without me even realizing it! So grateful for the team there today.
The absolute best treatment received in Midland Odessa area ask for P.A. Kym and M.A. Nayeli & Alexia they were about amazing and patient.

From reception to XR to the provider, everyone was kind and efficient. Kym is excellent and put our kiddo at ease. Our daughter was cared for very well.
