Brought our 22 month old here. They were very caring and the Dr. spent a lot of time with us to understand the issue.
I’ve had good experiences in this urgent care BEFORE. However, today, was simply unsatisfactory and Incompetency to the fullest. The receptionist asked me to sign in, which I did, but she decided to skip me. I waited in the lobby for about an hour when she decided to take someone else. Also, my copay was $50 and she was charging me $75, when I had already paid my granddaughter’s copay under the same insurance. I will never come back to this location. I went a few days ago and waited a hour and a half and they told me it would only be 30 minutes, they were even rude for no reason about it .
Excellent service from the entire team. Vital Care is fast, efficient and thorough. I will definitely be seeing Vital Care again if I ever require an Urgent Care visit. Kyra at the front desk was very helpful and extremely supportive. I give them 5 stars.
