THE BEST URGENT CARE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. I was pet sitting in town when I became violently sick. I called ahead to explain my symptoms, and when I walked in, the receptionist already knew who I was. I was alone and could hardly stand. She gave me the paperwork and a puke bag right away. As soon as I started trying to fill out the paperwork, I became violently ill in the waiting room. The entire team was excellent and attentive. D'Aish and Mel were wonderful with doing the exam for my level 3 autistic son who is 6. He is normally very difficult but they were patient and understanding. Raven at the front desk was considerate in working out all the billing aspects and overall kind. We saw Dr. Heather and it is so rare to see a doctor care so much for her patients. She was so good with my son and helped set me up with preventative measures.
