Absolutely one of the worst companies to do business with. I have lost track of how many calls I've made to this place. Nobody answers the phone, they have not responded to emails, and will not call you back. Their billing is terrible. It took four months for them to submit my information to insurance. They can send you a bill, they can send some of your bills to insurance, but they can't send them all. Terrible way to do business.
The people that work at at Vital Care are so caring and nice. They always make sure that I have my supplies on time either they would call me, or I will call them and they are always ready to help.🤗
