I am just starting with Vital Care (my first infusion is Friday) They have already gone above and beyond any Care I have received since we moved back to Texas 3 1/2 years ago. Customer Service, Pharmacy and Nurses are amazing and I actually feel hopeful again with my Chron's Disease.
My experience with Vital Care of Roanoke has been excellent. They make what could be a complicated process incredibly easy and stress free. The staff is remarkably organized, efficient, and friendly. I appreciate how quickly and smoothly my appointments always run, and the nurses are very skilled at what they do. The pharmacists are readily available to answer questions and ensure I'm receiving the correct medication.
Horrible people that are uneducated about immune supplies and the needs of the patients who infuse plasma. The supplies were all thrown in a cardboard box, the tubing was old and unusable, the company had no plans to timely deliver the RX and supplies. Lauren was a mean person and should not be representing anything that has to do with Human Plasma infusions, uneducated in the process. The service Trina and Ahn provide is not lative, verylative, or even extralative; it’s SUPERLATIVE. You might as well be barefoot when you talk to them because they will knock your socks off. How do I love them, you ask? Let me count the ways. I love them to the depth and breadth and height corpus meum can reach when feeling out of sight for the ends of anticholinesterases and immunosuppressants. Extremely helpful when it came to getting the infusion my husband had desperately been needing! They shipped the medicine and set up a nurse to come to our home within days of speaking with them!
