I work as a Behavior Analyst for VBS. The operations side is run smoothly, and the clinical side is creative and practical. The owners are great to work for, and I feel supported in every way. Rate of pay is slightly low compared to competitors, but ease of working with the owners makes it worthwhile.
I work with this company both indirectly (through my school district) and directly (as a VBS employee). They are amazing! They truly care about what is best for the kiddos in every area possible (academically, emotionally, socially, etc). I couldn't be happier as an employee of the VBS family.

Vital Behaviors have been dedicated to my twin girls, who require a lot of attention and care. Everyone at Vital has been attentive to my families needs and our interactions have been informative and cordial. We highly recommend!
