I have only taken my dogs to see them a couple of times. Each time the vet doesn't examine my dogs while I am in the room. Me and my dogs get placed in a room but then the vet will take them in another room to exam them and then tell the assistant to tell me what is going on with my dogs. Find this off. I don't think I will be back. Friendly staff but why can't this vet examine my dogs with me in the room like Dr Williams did each time he saw them?
They have become overpriced and rude.
Arik was SO SO very helpful on the phone. We talked for about 10 minutes, and he took his time to explain the costs and everything associated with my pets care. I havent even taken my pets in yet, but with the care I got on the phone I know my pets will be in good hands!
