My experience with vital was amazing. Starting with the receptionist Melissa and Isabel the MA. Provider Carolina helped me understand everything about the hormone replacement therapy. Great place and happy faces.
Great experience from the first phone call to the first visit. Everyone has been very friendly, helpful & welcoming. Carolina was awesome! She is kind & attentive. Very knowledgeable & explained things in an easy to understand way. I feel like I am in good hands.
I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Melissa and Isabel at the front desk are incredibly kind and warm. Safe place and compassionate care. Jenifer asks questions with interest to ensure the best care with Dr. Caroline, a "woman who loves women", and Isabel takes my blood and ask me to breathe, and you don't even realize it's over. I'm sure I will be cared for with the individuality I need to overcome the hormonal collapse of menopause. My only regret? Not having come sooner.
