They are very dependable, never left us without care, for both my mom and dad. Quickly corrected any concerns we had. All around great knowledgeable, caring people to work with, highly recommend.
Of all my 30 something years in heathcare, this company is by far the best place I EVER worked for. Youre not just an employee , youre family. I miss them ! If I were ever to go back to a PSW , I would go to them first. Their kindness for their clients AND their staff is top notch. I recommend them for someone to take care of you or your loved ones, or a new place of hire. Either way, it is a win win .
We retained VitaHeal to provide several hours of PSW companionship to our father in dementia care. From our initial contact with Leigha to the more weekly contact with Kaydence and Chanelle, we were very happy with the easy communication and obvious concern and understanding. Vitaheal was instrumental in allowing my dad to continue to live independently for the last few years of his life. The services they provided ranged from cleaning and food preparation, to personal care. They assisted with showering and were always discrete and caring. When my father became immobile, they were able to keep him comfortable by helping with toileting and sponge baths in his chair. We are forever grateful for the care they provided.
