The rent is affordable compared to many other options, and the staff members are friendly, helpful, and willing to assist when needed. The apartment was clean when I moved in, and I have not had any issues with bed bugs or other cleanliness concerns. The pool, gym, and other amenities are great to have. I would highly recommend this apartment complex! I travel for work & unfortunately left finding housing until the last minute. I was extremely lucky to come across Vitae as they made the whole move in process incredibly easy and fast!!! Mr. Alejandro was very nice & went out of his way to help me with the entire move in process. Don't live here. In my experience, the property manager is the worst. He does not organize community events, does not foster resident engagement, and does not demonstrate the level of care he routinely claims to provide to residents. He frequently seeks upper management’s guidance for basic tasks and shows little accountability. For example, he miscalculated a six‑month lease extension, insisting that six months from July would end in December rather than January.
