He does not organize community events, does not foster resident engagement, and does not demonstrate the level of care he routinely claims to provide to residents. The rent is affordable compared to many other options, and the staff members are friendly, helpful, and willing to assist when needed. The apartment was clean when I moved in, and I have not had any issues with bed bugs or other cleanliness concerns. The pool, gym, and other amenities are great to have. Leasing team was very welcoming and this property is low prices right now
I love vitae , this property is 5min walk from Twu and only a 10min drive to UNT they have great prices!
