I recently purchased a 2025 Vitacci Tank Pro Deluxe from Grand Power Sports, Grove, OK. I was experiencing trouble with changing the speedometer from kpm to mph and setting the clock. Grand P/S contacted their distributor @ Vitacci, Carrollton, TX. I was quickly contacted by Angel and Chris via FaceTime. They stepped me through the process to change my display to my needs. Although this seems minor, knowing that having quick response for my support needs is very comforting. Hats off to Vitacci!!!
Called for a new speedometer. They were out of stock. They got one in about 3 months later. The still had my info and e-mailed me to say they had one. I purchased it and they shipped it out and I received it in 3 days. Thank you very much. I couldn't find this part anywhere else.
