Terrible! Just do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else. Ignore the 5 star reviews they are all done by people who have incentive to do so not because this establishment actually being good .
Great small pharmacy in the big city. I’ve been coming here for years and am never disappointed. Great customer service and you don’t feel like just another number like at some of the other big box chains. Steve is my favorite pharmacist!
I would never recommend this pharmacy. They messed up on a critical prescription for me (3 times in a week). It delayed my delivery by a week and a half. They didn’t care. Wouldn’t let me talk to a manager. Wouldn’t give me an email or contact to escalate concerns too. Would not even give me the option to pay for expedited shipping (after they misplaced my order and lost my account notes 3 times in a week). 6 business day estimated delivery time after they finally placed the order.
