Rob , Phil and Amanda are top notch in every way; initial price planning, market knowledge, prepping our place for photos and showings as well as suggestions with finding legal support for our sale. I'm just about at the 1 year anniversary of listing our house with Phil and his team. It's time to leave a review! They were great to work with, and did a fantastic job marketing and selling our house.
