I've struggled with anxiety and depression my entire life and started speaking to a therapist a few years back. I had a baby during this time and needed to take a break from speaking to someone but when my sister passed away, I needed help again managing my grief, depression and anxiety. I was new to therapy, so I was quite hesitant to start. The staff were super helpful and supportive, they got me scheduled immediately! If anyone is contemplating beginning I definitely suggest reaching out!!
