Erika has a wonderful step by step program for Mothers & Daughters . It provides a safe environment to learn more about each other and to explore the different ways we each communicate. She is able to break down misunderstandings and help teach new ways of communicating that foster growth and commitment. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to improve their relationship with their daughter.
My mother and I spent 8 weeks with Erica for Mother Daughter Coaching to help with our understanding of one another and to learn healthy communication patterns. Erica was very helpful, understanding, constructive in her teaching and provided a very afe space for sharing. I would recommend to other mother/daughter duos with trying relationships.
I can honestly say Erica has saved my relationship with my teen daughter. Mother daughter relationships are so complex and I feel like I’ve been given the tools I need to navigate thru these teenage years WITH my daughter.
