During my visit, I encountered extremely poor customer service from the front desk staff. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and displayed an unprofessional demeanor toward guests. No one representing an establishment should behave in such a manner, especially in a front-facing role. Her tone and attitude were unwelcoming and made me feel mistreated as a guest. Poor Customer Service My disappointment in this facility’s customer service standards is immeasurable. The level of professionalism and courtesy displayed does not reflect the quality or reputation expected from an establishment of this kind. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, my experience left a very negative one.
Beautiful facility, rude receptionist named Edra is the first person of contact in the AL building. If visitors are treated poorly, I wonder how residents would be treated? Customer service and how you treat others does matter
