And Vita is close to all the things that make living in the West Washington Park neighborhood a brand new experience, every day. This is a hassle free, zero-maintenance, lots of service, totally convenient way to live.

Lived here for a year. Apartment and building were okay but Cornerstone is incompetent, lazy, and cheap. I recommend renting with another company.
The apartment itself is nice but small for the price. The rooftop patio is a great amenity as well. Unfortunately, the management (Cornerstone) is entirely off-site. There was a terrible cockroach infestation in the entire building recently and it took a full two months for them to complete the first set of treatment. This meant I had to live in an infested apartment for two months while having to empty ALL of my cabinets and cupboards to cover them up with ~24hr notice for them to spray pesticides all over my apartment. Great location. Horrible everything else. Completely overpriced for no dishwasher and the grossest, most frequently out-of-service laundry room you could imagine. Cornerstone spent a ton of money renovating the common areas to draw people in before you realize the units themselves suck. I could hear my neighbor's 5 AM alarms, coughs, music, door slams, and basically any human living at a normal decibel.
