Professional, courteous and efficient! No one likes going to the dentist, but everyone on the staff from the receptionist to the hygienists to the dentists do all they can to make your experience positive and comfortable.
I had a complicated procedure on a molar. Dr. Jordan and his assistant fully explained, prepared, and reassured me. But before proceeding, they were cautious and patient, being certain that my tooth was fully numb. No one really likes to go to the dentist, but I have gained full confidence in Vital Dental!

Dr J and Dr S are the friendliest and most professional dentists I have ever had the pleasure if meeting. The exam was the most thorough one I have ever had. Even though I have some work to do I never felt pressured and guilt tripped. These doctors practice how everyone should. Kudos.
I will never go anywhere else for my dental needs. The office seems like a well oiled machine from scheduling to checkout. The doctors always have me feeling good during and after my appointments. I love that small stuff they do such as texting me to remind me of the time of my appointments to the calls I get from my dentist to check on me after my visits.
I have seen both Dr. Shaftel and Dr. Jordan, and I could not be more satisfied with my family's care. When I step foot in the practice I feel like they have know me for years. Very Family Friendly.
Awesome experience w/wisdom teeth extraction – I was very nervous about getting my 2 impacted wisdom teeth removed. From the very beginning dr Killgore was assuring that it would go smoothly. I had the surgery yesterday and was amazed when they said I was done after just 30 minutes. I would recommend Dr Killgore to anyone who needs to have wisdom tooth surgery. Thanks!
