Somebody please tell me I just got off the phone and this lady said that Vita health here indicator Illinois is closing so they're not accepting new patients what does this woman mean by they are closing she was very rude to me and I'm trying to get help getting a mammogram to make sure these lumps in my breast aren't cancer and she said that their facility is closing can somebody verify that for me because if they're not really closing and she just lied to me on the phone I'm calling their corporate office
Extremely rude nurse returned my phone call. Despite having a medical emergency, them having an appt available, and having insurance they accept, I needed to call someone else, they won't see me. Why? Wouldn't give me a reason. Just said I need to go elsewhere.
