Billed me over $500 two years later when I had insurance. They didn’t verify it. Good luck getting services here. You guys legit ruined my relationship with counseling. Great job. I will no longer return here nor recommend. I will never go back to therapy. You guys are just so good at your jobs! Especially billing 🥰
I highly recommend the therapists at Vita Bella Counseling. They are knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly supportive.
Thought it was odd that they tried to charge me for an appointment I didn’t make or approve of, and when I messaged them to confront them about it I never got a response back. I was also charged a fee for showing up to an appointment (on zoom) but wasn’t aware they could not do the appointment because I was out of state. I was not made aware of this and my appointment was canceled and I was charged.
