Staff is always friendly and professional. Very busy. But I never feel as if the staff is rushing to get me in and out as quickly as possible.

I have been getting my taxes done here for years. I always have a good experience until my visit yesterday. I waited three hours outside for my turn. Which isnt the problem. My issue were the insensitivity and rude comments from staff towards myself and others. First..there were a lot of us outside waiting..w after a while a staff member came out and called someones name and she then said "Dont worry guys..only five more hours" and she laughed. No one was laughing. Rude. They have no public restroom. Which ive known for year... read more
