Very helpful people in here. I had issues with identity theft and took the wrong paperwork to the IRS office on stockdale. The IRS directed me to this place. I needed years old 1040s which I had no access to. They help me resolve all my problems. I went back to do my 2024 tax return! Very helpful, Organized and to the point. Great Service!

I must say I’m extremely disappointed. These people are there to help people like us with our taxes and last time the same lady that assisted us refused to assist us this year because I had a concern that she refused to explain to me properly. Great customer service involves addressing ones concern in order to clarify, not take offense if the client is concerned about something. Your job is to make sure we understand. Very unprofessional.
