I visited Dr. Rohrkaste for contact lenses and received excellent service from the moment I walked in. It was very clean and the technicians and Doctor were very kind and helpful. I was seen right on time and after a few required visual tests I was seen by Dr. Rohrkaste who discussed a type of lense that would be fit for me. I then sat with a lady who taught me how to put my contacts in, as well as how to remove and care for them (as this was my first time with contact lenses). The staff including the office manager and Doctor were very rude. I made an appointment for Color Contacts. When I arrived, I verified that I could get color contacts and talked to the Doctor about them as well. After the Doctor performed the exam, he refused He refused to give me my prescription for color and handed me one for clear. I refused to take it.
