The staff out front are very unprofessional. The one girl treated me like I was a kid I didn’t understand anything. Period she was very adamant about it. She then told me come back tomorrow at 9 o’clock to see the doctor when I got there at 9 o’clock they took my old glasses with the new glasses and made me wait for hours to see the doctor didn’t even tell me when I went in it would be the four hours. Dr Fritz Rohrkaste was excellent. I had a problem with my eye exam and eyeglasses, that I had done at another place. He took the time and used the equipment he had to make sure I got the right prescription for me.

VERY rude front desk assistant! Don't care for rolling of the eyes or snotty attitude towards patients. I Love the doctors though, very friendly and professional.

Their customer service is really bad and not professional, they made a mistake with a prescription and took me 2 weeksto get help. Not recommend this store.
My family has been coming to Visualize for 10+ years. I always get great service and all their doctors are fantastic.
I just got my new Contact lens from Visualize Optometry which gives me a lot of freedom. I don't have to worry about my glasses fogging up or getting wet when I am outdoors and I can enjoy playing sports without having to worry about losing or breaking them.
I used to wear contact lenses but would switch brands all the time. Recently my eyes were getting red and irritated, So I came here for an eye check-up. Visualize Optometry explained to me the importance of having contact lenses that fit my eyes correctly. I got some new lenses and they feel great. Thank You
