I walked in without an appointment today just needing a quick adjustment on my glasses—the arm was totally loose and they kept sliding down. Linda helped me immediately. She was incredibly quick and professional. Not only did she tighten the arm, but she also cleaned my lenses and perfectly adjusted the frames. They feel brand new now!
I had such a great experience at Visual Eyes! The doctor was super nice and really took her time with me. Since I have diabetes, they made sure to check everything carefully and even took retinal photos to keep track of my eye health. Picking out a new pair of glasses was so easy! Linda and Wendy helped me find a pair that would fit my prescription perfectly. I felt really cared for and comfortable the whole time. Definitely recommend them if you want people who actually take your vision seriously.
