I had an appointment on 2/3 and paid my copay at that time. During my visit, I also paid in advance for my nephew’s eye exam since he does not have insurance. His appointment was on 2/11. When he arrived, the front desk asked for his insurance and payment. He explained he didn’t have insurance and that I had already paid for his exam.
