Tracey helped me fit three pairs of glasses - and checked their prescription for accuracy. She was friendly and super helpful. I will definitely go back and only turn to them for my eye care! With five doctors in-house, they have all of your needs covered!
I went for a regular eye exam with Dr Matt Staciak and he was wonderful! He was kind and funny, and did not keep me waiting like other offices have. Terry helped me pick out my glasses and she was a fun kind of sassy that I really enjoyed. I am SUPER picky and despite that she was patient with me as I declined so many glasses. I eventually did end up picking one I did not think I would like, but that Terry suggested I at least try it on. Ha - oops! Thanks, Terry.
I wish I could give zero stars. I made 3 appointments, one for myself, one for my wife, and one for my son. We each got a text to confirm the week before which we did. Then 3 days prior to the appointment the office calls saying they need to reschedule one of the appointments because corporate policy does not allow them to see more then 2 family members per day even though all three appointments where different times and different names. This was my first visit to MyEyeDr and it was AWESOME! I arrived 10 minutes before my appt. and was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. I was checked in within a minute and already sitting in the waiting area. In less than 5 minutes Paige (i believe that was her name-sorry if I am wrong) brought me to a room to get more information from me as well as running some eye tests-she was awesome as well!
