i had an issue with my new lenses on my new frames and brought them right back. there was a defect in the actual lens, and it was shown and confirmed to the workers, at the same time i was bringing my old frames in for a warranty lens replacement that i paid for the insurance for a free replacement of lenses due to scratches within a year.. my problem was i trusted them to actually submit the new lenses for replacement and keep my old pair of frames while i waited for them to get me new lenses as i had just received them and... read more
