Couldn't say enough good things about this place. Check in is always easy and I an ALWAYS greeted with a smile and positive attitude. I absolutely adore the check out team. They are more than patient and not pushy whatsoever to sell anything. They are thorough with the costs, and polite. Gregory Nigrelli is absolutely the BEST!!! I adore him immensely. He is extremely passionate in what he does, and incredibly knowledgeable. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this location in Vernon.
Dr. Greggory Nigrelli is absolutely phenomenal! I’ve been to a lot of eye doctors over the years, but Dr. Nigrelli in Vernon sets a whole new standard. He’s not just thorough and knowledgeable — he genuinely cares. You can tell he loves what he does. The front desk male was terrible super unhelpful and terrible attitude make me feel I was bordering him.
Well, my experience wasn’t bad. The doctor was good. The lady at the desk was OK. I am on Medicare on a fixed income when I got the bill of 400 and something dollars so I was flabbergasted then I received a bill in the mail for another $178 so you’re telling me these glasses that I bought are $600. Ridiculous. I would not recommend you go to this place unless you want to pay a fortune this day and age she might as well be stealing from me. I’m on a fixed income can’t believe.
