The staff is always easy to deal with and nice. Dr Hakobyan is one of my favorite doctors to visit. He always makes me (and my mom when it's her time to visit him) comfortable and walks us through everything.
Overall, the quality of care at Visual Ophthalmology made it a fantastic experience. Scheduling an appointment on their website was so easy and convenient. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and within 10 minutes, I was already in Dr. Hakobyan’s chair. The doctor conducted a full eye exam, prescribed glasses, and thoroughly explained everything before dilating my pupils. Impossible to get an appointment, with multiple appointments cancelled the day before. Zero compassion for patients who took off work for those appointments and little flexibility in the first place. Don't bother making an appointment because it probably won't happen! UPDATE: This practice is claiming in a comment below that I was offered an alternate doctor, which is entirely false. I highly recommend Dr. Hakobyan & his team! He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and accessible (he promptly answered every question and concern I had from start to finish). He provided a very thorough eye exam with a full explanation of my diagnosis and provided the pro's and con's of each treatment approach. I felt very informed during the decision-making process. Dr. Hakobyan was great. He diagnosed my grandmother’s glaucoma early, ensuring she got the care she needed, and he also fit me with the perfect contact lenses for my astigmatism. His patience and attention to detail truly set him apart. Highly recommend this clinic for top-notch eye care.
