Amazing staff and a wonderful doctor!
The team here is really personable and friendly. I’ve been a patient at Visual Ophthalmology for the past two years and Dr. Hakobyan is not only incredibly knowledgeable but kind, patient and willing to go the extra mile to make his patients feel cared for and seen (pun intended). There was some misunderstanding with my insurance and he worked with the optician to ensure that I got my full coverage benefits as well as a rebate reward for the purchase of my contact lens. This is an amazing practice. I highly recommend them.
