Unprofessional staff. From the moment we called to schedule the appointment to the actual appointment time. They want to schedule as many people as possible in one day and when everyone shows up at once they try to let go of everyone one way or another. Went to the 8am appt along with so many others that were there for them to tell me I can't be seen because my primary hasn't sent my referral.
