I've been coming here for years, my wife and a few of my daughters as well. We've had no issues with either the exams or the purchasing process. They've fixed the nose pads on my glasses twice now with no charge and even replaced the badly worn-out case for my sunglasses without being asked or charging me. They're patient, helpful, and friendly, Highly recommended by us.
Thank you very much for the eye exams for my children, professionalism and wonderful atmosphere. Administrator Iryna and Doctor Martina Sawatsky are simply incredible and true professionals in their field, for which we are sincerely grateful to them. I definitely recommend them. You are the best!!!
The first time I brought my baby there, we had an appointment, but they kept us waiting for almost an hour. The second time I brought my baby there, my daughter’s eye got badly swollen after we met the doctor. I called, but she said it should be fine because she pushed her eyes too hard. I called my pediatrician and found out that it was an infection. And now my baby’s suffering and face to the surgery. I wish I had never been to this place. YOU SHOULD NEVER BRING YOUR INFANT TO THIS PLACE!
Last September 16,2024 My daughter had her eyes checked by DR.CARMEN RECKSIEDLER She said I was right, Dr. Recksiedler is amazing and very thorough.Very compassionate and hands on. She even showed my daughter some of their wide selections of frames.Also one of the optical associate is very friendly and helpful, She go above and beyond to ask for discounts in our behalf. My dog stepped on my silhouette glasses that I have had for many years , not surprising they broke! I called visualeyes optometry, they were highly recommended ! I spoke with jot she was very knowledgeable and friendly. I mailed the glasses to her as I live 3.5 hours from the city. Once she received them she called me and we discussed what needed to be done to fix them. Jot ordered the frame transferred the lenses and mailed them back .
