Best optometrist I've ever been to. They're very thorough, professional, fair and affordable, and I'd recommend them to anyone
Went there for progressive eye exam for progressive eye glass prescription only, told them them I do not need retinal eye exam because am I under care of a retinal specialist and got retina checked last week Itself. But they will not do a refraction only without the addon retinal exam so paid extra and got it done. The Eye Dr. did not seem to be receptive to my feedback during the exam. Very nice i went here after i got an eye infection. The ER gave me antibiotics. It didnt clear up. The people here were so nice, very compasionate, caring, they throughly checked both eyes. Diagnosed it gave me the correct meds. Checked back with me to make sure i was ok, even asked me to come back 2 days later to follow up. No other eye doctor that I know would do that. I highly highly recomend this place if you need any type of eye care or anything eye related. There super nice. I will be going here from now on.
Optometrist was friendly and helpful but my rating is for the optician. When selecting glasses here, be wary of the lady and double check the list of what is being ordered for your lenses. Very pushy and constantly upselling. I said I didn’t need transition lenses in the store and when she called me 10 minutes after I left asking the same. I clearly said no both times. Dr. Alexander was great. He took his time and he was very thorough. I give him a two thumbs up. I’m glad I found a good doctor.
