I stopped in there to see if they could repair my dad‘s broken glasses. He is 85 and lives in a nursing home. The temples were taped and the lens kept falling out.They immediately went to work on them while I waited. I was so impressed they took the time and they did an over-the-top wonderful job. I highly recommend the staff!

Since I'd gotten my glasses there, I wanted to have a few screws tightened on the sides. The hinges didn't look like regular ones, so I thought going there would be better. Text, no reply. Email, no reply. It's been almost 2 months. I got my glasses tightened someplace else. Maybe my issue wasn't important. Or maybe he just didn't care. So don't count on a reply if you reach out.
