Going to the real apple store saves money and HEADACHES! – Horrible place, I found out they sold me a used computer and upon further research I discovered that they have done it to other people! Terrible service, terrible "repair" Ridiculously bad service! Laptop crashed, took it in and were told they'd recover what they could, fix it. They recovered ZILCH, took TWO weeks ("it's still downloading, takes a long time"), had to call every few days to get even that. Then they charged for a new hard drive, but wouldn't return the old drive "we threw it away". And rude the whole way through. I drive an hour each way to Orlando for my MAC service before I'll drive the 3 miles to this store.

Customer Service not a priority this time After my family spending collectively well into five figures with Visual Dynamics I get yelled at and hung up over their inability to meet an online price on a $60 card. I will stay in Orlando within walking distance to my Apple Store and shop for my island dwelling family here.

Mr. Stone I have had two laptop computers worked on and hard drives replaced there. Both times, I was greeted by intelligent professional technicians. My work was done to my satisfaction (I'm picky) and everything works great! Actually with Leopard now installed, better than great! Next, I need to get my keyboard and or my track pad renewed.
