Came here for my annual diabetic eye exam. Clean and professional office. Front desk staff nice. Dr very informative. He explained everything he was doing with great patience. Thank you Visual Connection.
My father had an appointment today which was scheduled a month in advance. Upon arriving, we discovered the office was closed for whatever reason. A courtesy call explaining why your business was not operating would have been nice. Thanks for wasting our time. We will never come back and we will make sure to let everyone know how poorly your treat your clients.
