Products arrived quickly, but one part was not needed. I have attempetd to call, email or request a return on line without a response. It is very frustrating not to be able to return a part nor be able to use their "return" button as the only respone I recieve is, "someone will reach out to you within 48 hours".
Molly at the Dallas market center is great! She took my height into consideration for my pendant over the kitchen sink & steered me towards a flush mount. She is efficient & she really knows what she’s doing. 11/10 for Molly!
