I recently went in for a contact lens fitting with Dr. Bickel to correct my multifocal vision, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. I submitted an online request for my son. I received a call back today from a young lady today. I explained to her the appointment was for my son. After answering all of her questions I told her again the insurance was under his father and I can provide the group number and or ID number for the insurance provider. The lady kept saying that she could find me in the system, I told her again that it is under his father do you want me to give you the insurance information.
