Terrible service waited 2 hours before I could see the doctor, then another 2 hours to order glasses, I really needed to renew my prescription or i would have left, ordered to glasses waited and no one called to say items were ready for pickup. I have gone to lenscrafter and I will be going back the next time in need glasses, glasses are the same at both place but vistasite custom service is terrible

Doctor has horrible bedside manner. Everyone there try to up sell! Worst experience!!!! Will never go back.
This is really a great location. I take my father here and they all handle him with care. From the front of house ladies to the doctor. Dr. O'dwyer Is a standout to me. She is patient and thoughtful in her responses. My dad feels super comfortable going to her and asking any question he might think of lol. She makes recommendations and is never rushing the appt.
