This store is nothing but a bunch of crooks. I got my glasses from this store on Jan 6, 2025 and was told that I had a 1 year warranty. I was told that if anything happened to my glasses within a year all I had to do was take them back to the store and they would take care of it. Unfortunately my glasses got scratched to a point that I couldn't see well with them. I went to this place because I found it cheaper compared to other places offering contacts lens exams. DO NOT COME HERE. The initial exam was okay but they didn’t have my contacts in stock. They said they’d order it and call me when they got it. I never received a phone call till I called them back three weeks later only to learn they never ordered it. They said they’d order it after I called after not receiving any updates only to learn the contacts still haven’t been ordered. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. It took me almost three mo... read more
The entire team, especially Evelyn, are so sweet and caring towards customers. I’ve come to this location multiple times and always have a great experience.
Amazing Customer Service! The eye exams are thorough and Goya and Dr. Diana are always a pleasure. Both advocated for me when I was having an issue obtaining an appointment with a specialist and made sure I did not leave without that appointment, which cemented my love for this place. It’s difficult to find healthcare providers and workers who truly want to help and go the extra mile for their patients. I felt truly cared for and not like another insurance check. 1000000000/10 would recommend!
