I have been to this location multiple times with my mother as well as for myself. Dr. Saa is a complete joy. She is young, polite and eager to do her job thoroughly and efficiently. She was very helpful and patient with both my mother and I. They took our insurance with no problems and I will definitely go back to her for my next eye exam.
Everyone was really nice. Especially Maria. She helped me pick a nice pair of glasses and her customer service was exceptionally.
At first I booked at appt after not being here since 2016. I was told medicare can pay for the glasses if I had it which I did. After the eye exam , I was told something else, and I might have to pay out of pocket because I didn't have full insurance, but the problem had been resolved . I was upset at first but a gentleman over there was able to assist me and order the the glasses that medicare would pay for, so I was glad I did NOT have to pay anything.out of pocket!
